Dispatcher's Dream
Bill Mosher knows it sounds like hyperbole. He says it anyway: Route4Me has everything he’s wanted as a dispatcher, in one place, and he can’t think of anything it’s missing. He has a database for all customers, repeating routes, and multiple dashboards. Check boxes let him show or hide routes on the map with one click. The route bars show which stops are done and which are still waiting. When he drags a stop block to a new spot, Route4Me updates expected travel times and the route’s total duration in the background. Bill says the platform is well designed, so everything he needs is right where he’s looking for it.
