Bill Mosher dispatches for Sweeping Corporation of America from Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. He routes crews in Wilmington, Delaware, and sometimes Maryland. A daytime route runs about 30 stops, and nighttime runs about triple that. Before Route4Me, every stop went into a mapping app by hand, and the team had to use their own memories for where certain stops were. It took the entire day. Now it takes about two hours. Bill spends the time he got back reviewing previous days’ routes. When a stop contracted for three hours takes five, he can see it and bring it to the customer. When a driver runs stops out of sequence, he asks why. If the driver had a good reason, it goes into the next route. If the driver avoided the main road and lost 30 minutes in traffic, Bill can show him that too.
